• Participation: Emages Multimedia Ltd, reserves the right to restrict participation in this event at its sole discretion.
• Privacy: To facilitate executive networking during the Emages Executive Talk Show event, your name and contact information will be made available to other event attendees and sponsors. If you wish to opt out of sharing your contact information, please email us at events@executiveplatforms.tv.
• Cancellations and No-Shows: Should your plans change and you become unable to attend for any reason, kindly inform us by emailing our events team at events@executiveplatforms.tv three weeks prior to the event at no penalty. If you cancel with less than three weeks notice, you may request a courtesy transfer to use at an Executive Platforms event of equal or lesser value, to be used within one year of the date of your originally scheduled event. If you fail to cancel and do not show for the event, no refund or transfer will be given.

• Release for Use of Name and Likeness: Emages Multimedia Ltd on the Executive Platforms may film, photograph or audio record portions of the event, including lectures and interactions in common areas. These recordings may be archived and used for educational and commercial purposes. By attending, you authorize Emages Multimedia Ltd and those acting pursuant to its authority, to record your participation and appearance in all media and/or distribution formats, now known and hereafter developed for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to marketing, advertising, publicity, educational, sales, trade, and promotional purposes.
